HOW DO YOU COME BEFORE HIM
By John Miller

Jesus said that He would send the Spirit of truth and the Spirit would lead us to all truth. Nowadays, in our world, the truth has lost its real meaning. Politicians, bureaucratic officers, businessmen and people in general twist the truth and disguise it. We live in a world that is full of deceit. In God's world there are no lies; He doesn't lie because He is not a man so all He says is true.
We are so used to hearing things that are not true that even when we read and hear God's Word deep inside, many times we cannot believe it. We cannot believe that His promises can be fulfilled. Sometimes, it sounds too good to be true because we are so used to living in this world of lies, of deceit, of half-truth.
The Word of God is absolutely true. The Lord will always tell us things as they actually are. The Holy Spirit will lead us into all truth and even as we read the Scriptures, we need Him because He is the One that guides us to the truth.
As we come before God, as we come into His Presence, we have to come with the truth. God is surrounded by holy cherubim whose job is precisely to move out of the way everything that's untrue. Jesus said that we must worship to be received in His Presence, we must worship in spirit and in truth.
If we want our worship and praise to come before God we must always approach Him with a true and open heart.

"But the time is coming and is already here, when by the power of God's Spirit people will worship the Father as he really is, offering him the true worship that He wants." (John 4: 23)

FILLS US!

I am 51 years of age, I have been married for the last 32 years; I have had the privilege of witnessing and vividly experiencing several revivals and moves of the Holy Spirit; each one different from the other; the last one began in October 1999. A wonderful mighty river was flowing in our land; when the Holy Spirit fills us we can receive many wonderful things... tongues, visions and be taken to the heavens too.
Please be referred to the Epistle to the Corinthians, chapter 2:9 "However, as the Scripture says, what no one ever saw or heard, what no one ever thought could happen, is the very thing God prepared for those who love Him."
When we speak under the influence of the Holy Spirit, our mind does not have control, therefore our hearts are speaking. So there is a continuous filling; filling of the Holy Spirit. The disciples were filled with the Holy Spirit many times. Once, during the Pentecost move, Peter went to Cornelius' house and everybody there was filled with the Holy Spirit. We need to receive the Holy Spirit because many times we go dry, discouraged and that is what our prayer time is for... to come before the Lord and be filled with His Holy Spirit. We must open our hearts during a service and ask Him to fill us again, to renew that love, to renew His anointing. He will hear our prayers, our praise.
He wants to come to our hearts and fill us, as we have never been filled before and let us come into His Presence with worship and work in our hearts and do marvelous things, things we could never imagine would happen in our lives. That is what our Lord wants to do for us. He wants to cleanse us and fill our empty vessels with the loving anointing of His Holy Spirit.
